I started my career in the healthcare field about 10 years ago as a Certified Nursing Assisting providing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Realizing then my love for the Geriatric age group I decided to get into nursing school. I became a Licensed Nurse in 2014, since then I have worked in various settings such as ambulatory clinic, skilled nursing facilities, Home Health and Hospice. Performing different roles, from Lead LVN, Charge Nurse, Wound Care Nurse, Case Manager, and currently Wellness Director. In my spare time, I love spending time with my children, grandson, and my fur babies.
