My father, a WWII veteran, spent the last 7 years of his life under the care of Aasta Assisted Living, formerly Royal Gardens. Our experience there, particularly under the new ownership Aasta, has been excellent.  My dad was not the easiest resident to deal with, but he always received kind, patient, professional care from the staff - caregivers, Med Room, maintenance, laundry, dining room, Activities and front office staff.  Everyone treated him with dignity and respect despite his sometimes-grouchy attitude.  During his last days we used Aasta Hospice and that, too, was an excellent choice.  Everyone at Aasta made my dad's passing easier on me with their warmth, tenderness and concern.  I highly recommend Aasta - reach out to Monice Reyes, Aasta's really wonderful Administrator.

I've only been here since March, but so far I've been helped with everything I need. All of the staff ask me how I'm doing and if I need anything even if they're just passing by. So far I have really liked being here.
